Domains & Hosting

Every website needs a domain name and hosting space. A domain name is a web address, such as GvGStudios.com, which links to an IP address (which represents a physical point on the internet). Your domain identifies your website and will be typed into your user's address bar when they want to view your site pages.

You will need to register your domain name with a domain registry. For recommendations on domain registrars, contact us and we will assist you.

Your website will also need a place on a server which requires a hosting plan. This hosting plan/server will properly support the traffic and content expected. Hosting plans vary in price and capabilities based on your site and its functions.
