Denise has been coaching/consulting leaders and groups/teams for the past decade — including CEOs, entrepreneurs in private and public companies, non profits, celebrities, advocates for humanity, teachers and parents. She has led seminars and talks for institutions such as YPO, WPO, Fordham University and ATIS which hosts 3000 private school teachers. She has a keen talent to unlock fearlessness, creativity and dreams in all kinds of people/leaders, leaving them with the power and clarity to self-correct. Denise is also adept at complex conflict resolution and has worked with many institutions in that role including serving as a group mediator in Ireland between the Protestants and Catholics.
A successful entrepreneur herself, Denise has founded and successfully grown a number of businesses, including a major event design firm in NYC, a national childbirth education program and movement called BornClear — empowering scores of women and couples and her
